**Note: Antibiotics dissolved in ethanol need not be sterilized. Magnesium ions are
antagonists of tetracycline. Use media without magnesium salts (e.g. LB medium) for the
selection of bacteria resistant to tetracycline.
Storage
Store at +4oC. Warm to room temperature before opening. Keep tightly sealed. Store
Tetracycline Hydrochloride solution in a light- tight container at -20oC
