The Rota-Filler 3000 combines a powerful motor with a lightweight, comfortable
design.
The innovative adjustable pipet nozzle rotates to three positions for maximum comfort and convenience. Press the nozzle release button on the top of the filler to select the pivot nozzle position. The wide-angle position is ideal for restricted spaces such as a fume hood.
The smaller-angle position works well for tight benchtop applications. Easily use in the traditional vertical position as well. The pistol-shaped filler fits comfortably in one hand to allow easy access to fill and dispense liquid. The two concave triggers provide precise control while reducing finger fatigue. Slide the speed switch between two operating speeds - blow out or gravity. Select the low or high range in the "blow out" mode to dispense the remaining liquid in the pipette. Flip to the "gravity" mode for use with "To Contain" pipettes to dispense the liquid without the motor by gravity. Filler accommodates glass and plastic pipettes ranging in volume from 1 to 100 mL. The hydrophobic 0.45µm filter in the nozzle prevents contamination.
The polypropylene pipet nozzle is autoclavable. A red, low-battery indicator signals when the rechargeable batteries need to be recharged. The filler can be used during recharging. Or, place it in the included stand or holder. The filler includes two replacement 0.45µm filters, a dual-position charging stand, and a magnetic/wall-mountable holder with screws.
