Lead Time
Leigh Labs custom manufactures almost every
order. Lead times, in general, are about 10 days to 21 business days
depending on complexity of job and the backlog of work. Rush service is
available for an additional charge.
Custom Fabrication
Leigh Labs provides customers with a quote
and a prototype, if requested. It is your responsibility to review the
quote and prototype (if provided) and notify us of any changes. Once we
receive a signed and approved quote, the fabrication process begins. Most
orders require a 50% pre-payment and cannot be canceled once the order has
been approved.
Shipping and Handling
Leigh Labs ships products via the most
economical and safest means. Customers can request specific carriers or
drop shipments prior to shipment. Shipping and packing cost are not
included in quotations, but are added to the invoice at cost.
Damaged products
Damaged products must be rejected at the time of
receipt. In all other cases the customer assumes all risk of loss or
damage to product in transit, and assumes responsibility for filing a
claim with carrier.
Warranty
Leigh Labs makes no warranty of any kind,
whatsoever, expresses or implied, and any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is hereby disclaimed
by Leigh Labs.
Payments
All orders are shipped COD or prepaid with a
credit card. Nets 30 terms are available with approved credit application.
Returned Checks
Whenever a customer's check is returned by a
financial institution for insufficient funds, the customer is charged a
35.00 dollar returned check fee.
