Recommended Use
Ethidium Bromide can be used to detect both single-and-double stranded nucleic acids (both DNA and RNA). However, Ethidium Bromide does not intercollate into single-stranded DNA very well, therefore, the fluorescence of single-stranded DNA is relatively poor in comparison to double-stranded DNA. The Recommended final concentration of Ethidium Bromide in agarose gels and electrophoresis buffers is 0.5 ug/mL.

Storage
Store in the dark at room temperature, protected from moisture. Keep tightly sealed.
